Despre diabetul tip 2
În Europa, circa 60 de milioane de persoane suferă de diabet. Aici, numărul cazurilor de diabet crește la nivelul tuturor segmentelor de vârstă, în principal din cauză că tot mai mulți oameni sunt supraponderali sau obezi, au o alimentație nesănătoasă și nu fac suficientă activitate fizică.1
De ce este importantă sănătatea inimii și a rinichilor?
Inima și rinichii sunt două dintre cele mai importante organe din corp, fiind
conectate între ele. Acestea lucrează împreună pentru ca tu să-ți păstrezi sănătatea. Prin urmare, dacă unul dintre ele este afectat, automat și celălalt suferă.5

În cazul diabetului tip 2, înțelegerea riscurilor și informarea reprezintă primul pas cel mai important pentru a gestiona boala și a-ți proteja inima și rinichii. Pentru cei care suferă de diabet tip 2, controalele medicale periodice și gestionarea eficientă a stilului de viață, însoțite de medicație dacă este cazul, pot reprezenta soluția pentru o viață lungă și sănătoasă.2
